ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for curious, proactive professionals who stay constantly up to date with digital media trends, and who are motivated, accountable, and quality-driven. We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer with strong expertise in Media and Digital Advertising creativity, capable of independently managing the entire design process and actively contributing to the qualitative evolution of creative output — with particular attention to integrating Generative AI into creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing projects supporting fully integrated campaigns.
- Manage all project phases: research and reference gathering, layout/demo ideation, adaptation across media plan formats, and final publishing.
- Create and adapt media-driven creatives across sectors such as Entertainment, Automotive, and Banking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams.
- Ensure quality control, brand consistency, and timely delivery of all assets.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within creative agencies or media agencies.
- Technical Mastery Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite. Motion Design Strong 2D animation skills and solid knowledge of Adobe Animate (or equivalent tools) for creating HTML5 banners compatible with Google Ads.
- Coding Skills Understanding of HTML/CSS applied to Direct Email Marketing (DEM)
- Ability to produce and/or modify responsive desktop/mobile layouts
- Media Savvy Ability to independently interpret and manage complex media plans, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and deadlines.
- AI Vision-Oriented Proven experience integrating Generative AI (Image Generation & Prompt Engineering) into creative workflows.
- Industry Experience Telco, Energy, Entertainment, Automotive.
BONUS SKILLS
- Expertise in creating infographics and vector icons (Adobe Illustrator)
- Knowledge of Adform platform
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and collaborative design
- HTML/CSS + JavaScript programming skills
- Advanced Figma prototyping capabilities
