Cabana is a global brand and media platform based between Milan and London. Cabana Magazine was founded in 2014 as a biannual publication to influence tastemakers through interiors and decorative arts. In 2016, the brand expanded with an online marketplace, offering a range of artisanal products for the home and tableware, sold direct to and through a select network of wholesale partners.
Cabana is looking for a Product Manager (Maternity Cover), based in Milan, for a fixed-term maternity replacement of 9 months (mid-June to mid-March), including a one-month onboarding and handover period.
The role will join the Product team, working closely with the Merchandising and Product Development Manager on operational and coordination activities. While this position will not fully replace the Product Director, it will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of ordering processes, supplier management, product development coordination, and product launches.

Job Description
• Work closely with the Product Development Manager on the development of new collections, including supplier research, sourcing, and product development activities.
• Coordinate Product Development and Merchandising activities for new launches and collections, ensuring alignment across timelines, assortment, and execution.
• Liaise with internal teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics) to ensure alignment across all product-related activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth communication, timelines, and deliveries.
• Support the Merchandising Manager in managing product orders, including restock and replenishment activities for both the ecommerce platform and the Milan store.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of all related documentation.
• Input and maintain order data in NetSuite, register supplier invoices, and verify their accuracy against the corresponding Purchase Orders.
• Support the coordination of product launches by ensuring all relevant product information is shared with the Marketing team in a timely manner.
• Support logistics coordination with the warehouse and internal teams when needed.
• Support the research of vintage pieces suitable for sale on the website, in line with the brand’s aesthetic and positioning.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to suppliers, orders, and product information.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 3-4 years of experience minimum in product management within a fashion/lifestyle or multichannel company
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
