Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all sales outlet activities assigned to them. They guarantee that the quantitative objectives (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image) defined are achieved in line with the Brand guidelines and company standards. Their core responsibilities include conducting diagnostic studies, providing rapid tactical responses, and focusing on long‑term strategy. For Directly Operated Stores or concessions, they are directly responsible for people, costs, and investments. /p ol liAchieve business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promote growth of stores in its reference area, in compliance with company guidelines. /li liManage all costs consistently with the allocated budget. /li liMaintain and improve the image of the points of sale, the performance of staff, the products, guaranteeing customers a level of service aligned with company standards and brand philosophy. /li liManage and control the staff of the POS in terms of selection, development, and assignment of adequate tasks and targets, aligned with business objectives and performance expectations in the assigned area. /li liMonitor ongoing activities in the stores, both proactively and reactively, to implement quick solutions that keep business objectives on track. /li liEnhance staff knowledge through suitable training activities, such as products, customers, sales techniques, and coordination of store activities with other brand touchpoints. /li liManage, coordinate, and control the assigned resources (people, costs, and investments). /li liPromote the development of role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities. /li liPromote, adopt, and develop the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to process management and in interactions with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business. /li liAdopt significant behaviors and promote operational/cultural actions for sustainable development, understood as an interconnection of practices oriented toward care of the environment, business processes and organizational community. /li /ol h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGood knowledge of English (C1). /li liAnalytical skills. /li liFull availability to travel. /li liPrevious experience in the role (at least 1–2 years). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
