We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a 6 months internship in the Manufactoring Department in our HQ in Castelfranco Veneto.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Maintenance Manager in updating the corporate asset database within the Exagon management system, addressing missing mandatory documentation (e.g., operation and maintenance manuals, EC declarations of conformity, minimum safety requirement checklists, etc.).
* Conduct on-site inspections across production departments to verify and reconcile physical assets with the current digital database.
* Retrieve and organize mandatory documentation (manuals, certifications, etc.) from the maintenance department archives.
* Prepare a comprehensive new asset inventory, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate and interface with Area Supervisors, the General Services & RSPP, and other key stakeholders, while working under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and the support of a Maintenance Specialist.
Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in maintenance management, management engineering, industrial engineering, technical high school degree or ITS degree.
* Proficiency in standard office software (Email, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). Previous experience with CAD software is considered a plus.
* Prior experience in HSE and/or Industrial Maintenance is considered a plus.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
* Mandatory Health and Safety training in accordance with the Italian "Accordo Stato-Regioni" (minimum 4+4 hours of certification).
* Advanced proficiency in Italian is required. Working proficiency in English is considered a plus.
