Your Responsibilities Assist in customer onboarding and implementation to transfer customer requirements into KuehneNagel's systems, ensuring Operational Care & Global Services are informed about deliverables. Collaborate in monitoring customer shipments, providing proactive updates and problem-solving to avoid customer complaints. Facilitate knowledge exchange with sales and account management teams, ensuring CRM tool updates. Focus on ensuring profitability and cost control. Support customer inquiry qualification, provide quotations within corporate pricing guidelines, and manage up-selling, follow-up, and closure. Your Skills and Experiences 3 years of experience in freight forwarding. Knowledge of air freight transportation is preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay flexible and perform well under pressure.
