As part of the
upcoming opening of a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Taormina, Sicily
, we are looking for a
Front Office Manager
with experience and strategic vision, eager to join a challenging project with strong international projection in one of the Mediterranean's most iconic destinations.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the
pre‐opening setup
and subsequent operation of the
Front Office department
, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from day one.
Ensure full compliance with
Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand standards
and Panoram corporate procedures.
Proactively manage and resolve any
guest inquiries or incidents
, maintaining outstanding satisfaction levels.
Establish and implement the department's
KPIs
, monitoring performance through control and analysis tools.
Recruit, train and develop a
strong, service‐oriented team
, fostering a culture of high performance, excellence and engagement.
Manage the
department's budget
, supervise inventories and guarantee operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure a
seamless, coordinated and brand‐aligned service
.
Requirements
Minimum of
4 years' Front Office experience
in internationally branded hotels; pre‐opening experience will be highly valued.
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related fields.
Previous experience within
Hilton
(including Tapestry Collection) is a strong plus.
Fluent Italian is essential. A professional level of English is also required.
Proven
leadership, communication and problem‐solving
skills.
Knowledge of PMS systems such as
OPERA, OnQ and PEP
(highly valued).
Strong guest‐orientation and a genuine passion for
