Internal Audit Manager EMEA – Automotive BusinessOverviewJoin our Global Risk & Assurance team and be part of strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across SKF Automotive. In this role, you will lead audit projects that influence key decisions, work closely with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in an international setting.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment.Lead and perform operational, financial, and compliance audits across the organization.Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.Support the development of audit methodology and tools.Coordinate with external auditors and other assurance providers.Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up actions.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the Audit & Sustainability Committee. Qualifications University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Several years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or financial control.Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management.Experience with digitalized audit tools and data analytics techniques.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Additional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent (preferred).Experience from a consulting or advisory environment (e.G., audit firm or multinational company) (preferred).
