Responsibilities Coordinate daily port operations, including vehicle boarding and disembarkation. Manage and monitor customs procedures in compliance with local regulations. Liaise with port authorities, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency. Organize and issue vehicle tickets in coordination with relevant departments. Resolve any operational issues that may arise during port activities. Prepare and maintain accurate operational documentation and reports. Qualifications Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory. Driver’s license is required. Proven experience in port operations, logistics, or customs procedures. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentation. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
