Silca, Company leading the key duplication market and part of the international Group dormakaba, is looking for a **Junior Controller **who will support the Key System Controlling Department of the main legal entity as well as of the EMEA branches, both on the ordinary operations and on strategical process mapping and related optimization.
**What Responsibilities in your New Role**:
- Support all controlling processes and management accounting procedures;
- Map and define main controlling processes and suggest deeper degrees of optimization;
- Support the implementation of new controlling tools or new solutions within the organization;
- Create a backup of key activities both for periodical closing and day by day activities.
- Job Requirements**What Skills we expect you to have**:
- Either a BS or MScs in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and Finance with 1-3 years’ experience in auditing or controlling/accounting department of an international company, OR a newly graduate from Economics or Business Administration with a previous high school diploma in accounting;
- Business Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (mainly Excel);
- Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO modules) would be considered as a wish.
