We are currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer to take over the management of the company and assume responsibility for organizational transformation, operational efficiency improvement, and sustainable growth.
KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:
Ensure a clear, structured, and efficient operating model.
Systematically increase production and operational efficiency by maximizing the use of existing infrastructure and technological capabilities.
Drive the company's strategic development while ensuring smooth process execution and technological advancement.
Increase profitability through process optimization and cost control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assume full strategic and operational responsibility for an organization of approximately 100 employees.
Lead the management team, ensuring aligned functional performance and achievement of common goals.
Optimize production processes and operations by fully leveraging infrastructure and technological capacity.
Implement clear decision-making and performance management mechanisms, ensuring data-driven management.
Strengthen operational standardization, process discipline, and financial control.
Ensure company profitability, effective cost management, and sustainable growth.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.
Provide leadership to the commercial team, establishing performance goals, enhancing sales processes, and ensuring strategy and operations work seamlessly together.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive leadership experience in senior executive roles within manufacturing companies.
Proven experience in business transformation, performance improvement, and process restructuring.
Strong financial acumen: P&L; management, cost structure, return on investment.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.
Experience working with shareholders, demonstrating clear accountability and autonomy.
Ability to operate effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
Excellent command of English.
