About the Role
A well-established, growing manufacturer is seeking an ERP Systems Specialist with Epicor experience to support day-to-day ERP and end-user needs. This role starts with a mix of ERP/helpdesk support and general IT support, then grows into a more ERP-focused position as you ramp up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, documenting solutions, and becoming a go-to resource for an ERP environment.
What You’ll Do
* Provide Tier II support for end users across ERP and general IT issues (hardware/software/account access)
* Respond to and resolve helpdesk/ERP tickets; document issues, fixes, and processes
* Install/configure standard hardware and software
* Support onboarding/offboarding (account setup, permissions, access)
* Troubleshoot Epicor issues and support users with dashboards/queries/workflows
* Assist with testing, upgrades, and small-to-mid IT/ERP projects
* Create/maintain user-friendly documentation and deliver end-user guidance as needed
* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and enhancements
What We’re Looking For
Required
* 2+ years of Epicor ERP experience
* 1-2 years of IT support / helpdesk experience
* Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
* Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
* Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot methodically
Preferred
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with reporting/tech tools such as SQL, Crystal Reports, or C# (nice to have)
