Job Overview:
* Lead national sales and market access strategy across Italy
* Own the full tendering and contracting process across regional and hospital systems
* Drive pricing, reimbursement, and negotiations with key stakeholders (AIFA, regions, hospitals)
* Build and lead a high-performing commercial team
* Develop differentiated strategies across generics, biosimilars, and branded portfolio
* Deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and strategic milestones
* Represent the business in industry associations and policy discussions
To be successful:
* 10+ years' pharmaceutical leadership experience in Italy
* Strong expertise in market access, tendering, and contracting
* Proven track record in generics/biosimilars or hospital channels
* Deep understanding of AIFA, HTA, and Italian healthcare systems
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
* Experience building and scaling teams in competitive markets
