Business Development & Strategy Analyst
to join our early team. You’ll work directly with the CEO, VP Sales, and VP Product to help shape the future of maritime innovation. This is not a back-office role — it’s a front-row seat to one of the most ambitious ventures in Europe.
What You’ll Do
Dive deep into market analysis, uncovering opportunities and risks across global maritime, defense, and offshore industries.
Build competitive benchmarks, mapping emerging players and technologies.
Support the team in crafting commercial offers, including financial modeling and business cases.
Collaborate with leadership on business development activities, from client meetings to proposal preparation.
Help shape Mirai’s strategic direction by turning raw data into actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
A sharp analytical mind with a passion for turning research and numbers into business decisions.
Early experience in consulting, investment, or business development (internships and junior roles count).
Previous experience in top tier strategy consulting firm.
Excellent written and spoken English; Italian or other languages are a plus.
Curiosity about technology, AI, and the ocean economy.
A self-starter with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
