Coordinates the development of the reliability roadmap for the Italian sites' equipmentDevelops and coordinates the implementation of plans to improve reliability based on investigation resultsDevelops and oversees the implementation of predictive maintenance methodManages reporting, notifications, and communication on reliability topics with Group colleaguesAligns with the Maintenance Manager to optimize maintenance strategiesSupervises the collection and analysis of equipment operational dataCoordinates with the Engineering Manager to support project executionEnsures follow-up on FMEA/RCA activitiesDefines critical spare parts for each plant in collaboration with the European organization
