Together, we can shape the future.**Job Description:****Proposed Role**Controller (BSR Controller)The Controller is responsible for supporting the company’s management control activities, monitoring economic and financial performance, and contributing to strategic planning through accurate analysis and structured reporting.**Work location: San Cesario sul Panaro (MO)****Responsibilities*** Support in the implementation of **SAP ERP** for new acquisitions, including customization of the management system* Preparation and analysis of **periodic reporting** (monthly, quarterly)* Monitoring of **budget and forecast*** Analysis of costs, revenues, and margins by area/business unit* Support in the preparation of the **annual budget*** Collaboration with different company functions for data collection* Development and improvement of **company KPIs*** Support for the monthly accounting close* Ad hoc analysis upon management request* Optimization of control and reporting processes**Education*** Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines**Technical Skills**Knowledge of the required IT systems (SAP, Outlook, Power BI)* Excellent knowledge of **SAP S/4HANA ERP** management system* Excellent knowledge of **Excel*** Knowledge of the required IT systems **(Tagetik, Outlook, Power BI)*** Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting* Data analysis and modeling skills**Languages*** English (B1/B2 level or higher)**Personal Skills*** Analytical mindset and attention to detail* Problem-solving* Accuracy and organization* Good communication skills* Teamwork attitude* Proactivity**Employee Type:**Permanent**Why Join Us?**Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
