As a HR Administration&Training Intern you will join the HR team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI). You will
Help shaping the future and take on responsibility:
* Take an active role in supporting the HR Administration team across key processes such as Onboarding, Performance Management, Training & Development, and Offboarding.
* Gain hands-on experience in Training & Development, supporting the operational side of learning activities: organizing and scheduling courses, coordinating with trainers and employees, and handling follow-up tasks.
* Collaborate with external partners such as job agencies and universities for temporary contracts and internship activations.
* Contribute to different HR projects, managing organizational and administrative tasks.
* Learn how to navigate and work with the main HR and Bosch corporate tools.
Experience cooperation:

Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Recent graduate in Humanities, Economics, or Management Engineering
* Good command of English and strong digital skills, especially MS Office and Excel; comfortable learning new tools and leveraging technology and AI to improve processes.
* Detail-oriented, result-driven, and a proactive problem-solver.
* Excellent communicator and listener, able to build strong relationships across teams.
* Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and embraces continuous learning.
