We're looking for a talented and self-motivated Customer Delivery Manager to join us in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones. You'll also support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
- Sales Support: Ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery teams.
- Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with customers to onboard them to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
- Service/Project Delivery: Oversee service/project delivery to meet planned scope, budget, and milestones.
You will also contribute to onboarding/transiting customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES. This involves working closely with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams, and SAP Product Support as applicable.
In addition, you will execute and support problem management and continuous improvement activities. This includes liaising with different SAP stakeholders, especially Virtual customer success partners involved in accounts, to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities

5. Customer Success: Liaise with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
