Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. To strengthen their internal staff, they have commissioned us to search for a Data Entry specialist.
Under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, the role holder is responsible for accurately performing a range of general duties.
Activities include:
* Handling incoming customer calls
* Customer Service and Orders (NSO) email activities
* Data entry within a business management system
* Back office tasks
Requirements:
* High school diploma
* Advanced level English, preferably fluent in spoken and written communication
* Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred
* Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
* Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of SAP may be advantageous
The position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
