We believe in humans. /ph3Associate Localisation Quality Manager – Internship /h3pWe are looking for an Associate Localisation Quality Manager. We are seeking an Associate Quality Manager who will support our Quality Managers on quality initiatives and work with translators for our top clients in the digital space. We are offering an internship role for the duration of 6 months. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLinguist recruitment and selection for Translated’s clients: support QRM in vetting potential profiles for new projects and clients, and setting up and coordinating their testing. /liliProvide support to the entire QM team for operational quality activities (including but not limited to data extraction, clean up and analysis, preparation of internal reports, preparation of quality auditing tasks using Translated’s tech suite, glossary maintenance). Take full end‑to‑end ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely, accurate execution and proactively propose improvements and alternative solutions to streamline processes. /liliLinguist performance monitoring: use Translated’s tools and data to monitor linguists undergoing a Trial Period on one or more accounts to provide feedback to QMs, and be in direct contact with the linguists to boost engagement, motivation and provide feedback. /liliSupport with administrative tasks: assist in some admin tasks such as submitting payment requests for freelancers. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, Language Studies, or a related field is preferred. /liliUnderstanding of translation, localisation, or linguistic quality assurance. /liliFamiliarity with CAT (Computer‑Assisted Translation) tools and other translation software. /liliStrong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. /liliProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. /liliExcellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
