Track Survey Engineer
Alstom, a leading company in mobility solutions, is seeking a Track Survey Engineer to manage on‑site survey operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage on‑site survey teams, resources and mobilisation.
* Define and implement Survey Management Plans and Method Statements.
* Coordinate with construction, engineering and client teams to ensure compliance with civil data, signalling, telecom and other subsystems.
* Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, ITPs, cost schedules, quality reports and HSE updates.
* Maintain and calibrate survey equipment; manage subcontractor performance.
Qualifications
* Education – Survey technologist or civil engineering degree; mandatory survey course.
* Experience – Minimum 3 years in survey work or graded survey technician; railway or civil works project experience desirable.
* Competencies – Expertise in survey methodologies, Total Station and railway constraints; strong leadership, initiative, team spirit and communication skills.
* Certifications – Railway safety and site EHS management certifications desirable.
