Area Site Manager Electrical
Job Responsibilities
* Supervision of the installation of the Electrical System and Instrumentation.
* Verify that the erection company is carrying out the work according to the time schedule, design and technical requirements.
* Check the planning of resources of the erection company.
* Interface with the engineering departments for the resolution of any issues that may arise during execution of works.
* Check and sign erection completion documents.
* Coordination management of vendors and contractors.
* Attendance at the customer meetings on the progress of the works and provide advisory assistance for the resolution of any technical issue raised by the same.
* Daily reports to the General Site Manager about progress, technical issues, safety issues, organizational issues.
* Preparation of erection protocols and preparation of the as-built documentation.
* Technical assistance during trial and commissioning phases.
Qualifications
* Leadership to coordinate, manage and control the electrical / instrumentation erection activities in industrial plants.
* At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the construction of steel processing plants.
* Knowledge in site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plants.
* Very good written and spoken English.
* Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
* Willingness to travel worldwide.
* Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
* Open‑mindedness towards new approaches and innovations.
