1. Coordinate and manage company operational flow and personnel to guarantee results
2. Organize, manage, and allocate resources to ensure timely product delivery at optimal cost and compliance with specifications
3. Manage activity performance, monitor indicators, and implement corrective actions
4. Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within the department
5. Manage customer web portal related to logistics topics
