The Person
We are looking for a Process Engineering Intern to support our Process Engineering team during a phase of industrial growth and standardization.
This is a highly operational role, with a strong presence on the shop floor. The main focus will be supporting process documentation and standardization activities, especially work instructions.
This internship is ideal for someone who wants to understand how manufacturing processes actually work in practice, not just in theory.
Main activities
* Support the creation and update of work instructions and process documentation
* Observe production activities and collect data directly on the shop floor
* Analyze basic process flows, sequences and operating methods
* Support continuous improvement activities together with Process Engineering
* Collaborate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams
Who we are looking for
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (or ongoing studies) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Management, or similar)
* Strong interest in manufacturing and industrial environments
* Hands-on mindset and willingness to spend time in production
* Ability to observe, ask questions and structure information clearly
* Basic to good knowledge of Excel
* Accuracy, reliability and curiosity
