Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic and brilliant R&D Program Manager to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). In this role, you will lead product development project planning in a multi-project, matrix organization environment, define integrated development scenarios, monitor milestones, critical tasks, deadlines, and analyze program deviations.
Your Impact
* Resource workload analysis and prediction
* Risk analysis, monitoring of critical tasks and deadlines, and update of program deviation analysis
* Organize update/progress meetings, detect and track deviations, and support recovery plans/work-arounds to meet deadlines
* Coordinate cross-functional activities for new product development and launch
* Collect information on project progress during different development stages and update plans continuously
* Define effective timing monitoring and project timing forecasts through control reporting
* Analyze deviation events to improve development processes and reduce time-to-market
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive, down-to-earth, and ethical. You possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset.
What you should bring:
* Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, or Electronic)
* Knowledge of product development processes and structured approaches
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera, Smart Sheet, MS Project)
* Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Windchill)
* Understanding of company processes involving technical information
* Attitude towards resource optimization
* Proficiency in main Office Automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
* English fluency (minimum B2 level CEFR)
