Assistant Spa Manager – Employerland
Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5‑star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for an Assistant Spa Manager to oversee spa operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the SPA Manager in overseeing daily operations of the spa, including treatment rooms, wellness areas, relaxation lounges, and retail.
- Lead, train, and develop a high‑performing team of therapists, receptionists, and wellness professionals.
- Ensure all spa services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
- Develop and update treatment menus and wellness programs in collaboration with leading brands and therapists.
- Directly perform treatments in cabin, when necessary.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond effectively to feedback and special requests.
- Manage spa inventory, retail sales, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Central Team to promote spa packages, seasonal offers, and membership programs.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and implement innovative concepts to enhance the spa experience.
