Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive sales growth and market penetration for Ormco and Spark Clear Aligner in Tuscany/Umbria. You will cultivate distribution partnerships, train peers and customers, and manage tender-focused opportunities to realize revenue. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align product launches and feedback with marketing and sales policies. This role offers hands‐on field engagement, strategic development, and the chance to shape regional growth within a global orthodontics leader.

* Visit assigned customers regularly to promote products, share new product information, and gather feedback
* Build long‐lasting relationships and drive revenue growth with tender regions, DMUs, and affiliated orthodontic specialists
* Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
* Qualify potential customers as sales prospects for the corporation
* Understand and support the corporation's sales policies to provide effective treatment
* Advise marketing on new product ideas and extensions for evaluation
* Follow corporate policies on customer entertainment and relations
* Review and report customer complaints and recommend corrective actions to the Region Sales Manager
* Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
* Prepare periodic reports (weekly call, weekly expense, periodic general reports, and other assigned reports)
Responsabilità
* Strategic view on business development and proactive training of peers and customers
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an unstructured environment
* Experience operating in an international environment
* Native Italian language xivgfpx skills and intermediate English proficiency
* Previous experience in Dental/medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industries (preferred)
* Proficient with Excel and CRM systems
* At least 3 years of sales and/or general business experience
* Willing and able to travel with a valid driver's license (company car)
