What You’ll Do Daily (Responsibilities)
* Motion Graphics & AI Innovation: Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a variety of digital content. Utilize AI-driven tools and software for advanced animations, 3D effects, and innovative visual solutions, keeping Arkage at the forefront of digital trends.
* Video Production & Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring clarity, flow, and high visual impact. Masterfully combine AI, 3D, and 2D assets to create outstanding videos tailored for corporate communication and major events.
* Workflow & Asset Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain a meticulous and highly organized system for project files and workflows to optimize team efficiency.
* Creative Collaboration: Actively participate in the creative process by developing concepts and storyboards. Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, art directors, and other internal/external stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
Who You Are (Profile & Digital Mindset)
* Experience: Senior-level proven experience as a Motion Designer and Video Editor, backed by a strong and diverse portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical edge.
* Educational Background: A background or degree in Video Production, Motion Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related creative field.
* Meticulous & Precision-Oriented: Equipped with exceptional attention to detail and an organized mindset. You treat project files, rendering workflows, and brand guidelines with absolute precision.
* Multitasking & Deadline-Driven: Capable of managing multiple priorities and parallel projects within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, without ever compromising on final quality.
* Creative & Innovative Mindset: Possess a deep understanding of design principles, timing, and visual storytelling, combined with a natural curiosity to learn, experiment, and integrate AI technologies into your workflow.
* Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine love for teamwork and the ability to build positive relationships across diverse creative and technical teams.
Technical Skills
* Languages: Fluent/working knowledge of English is mandatory (written and spoken), along with proficiency in Italian.
* Core Creative Suite: Expert, full operational proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
* AI & 3D Integration: Practical experience with AI-based animation software/tools and the integration of 3D elements into video workflows.
* Visual Storytelling: Strong command of composition, pacing, narrative structure, and audio-to-video synchronization.
* Additional Software: Knowledge of 3D and color grading software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Event Expertise: Specific experience in developing immersive or high-impact video content tailored for corporate events and live activations.
Candidates holding a P.IVA will be considered preferentially.
