The selected candidate will have 4 direct reports and will be in contact with: /p ul liTop management /li liProducts Merch /li liFinance /li liLogistic /li liHQ Supply Chain teams /li /ul h3Job responsibilities /h3 pbSALES PLANNING /b /p pbResponsible for the coordination of the WW Best Estimate Open to Buy definition processes for all Product Categories. /b /p ul liSeasonal and Carry-Over OTB Calculation /li liBuy vs OTB monitoring and sharing with all stakeholders /li liMonthly Sales Target Definition /li liReconcile the plan with bottom-up forecast coming from Retail Companies, Finance and Demand Planning /li liWork on Sales Planning projects implementation. /li /ul pbSUPPLY PLANNING /b /p pbLead SOP process: Ensure best compromises between business needs production capacity. /b /p ul liTransmit the vision of Supply Chain and Company needs to Production for both Retail Wholesale needs with a mid/long term time frame /li liProduction Capacity Definition /li liBuying Sessions preparation: Retroplan – Preorders – drop feasibility preliminary analysis /li liSpecial Orders (Press, Trunk Show, MTO etc.) deliveries planning and monitoring /li liNew collections deliveries planning and monitoring /li liReorders planning and monitoring /li liManage raw material with the target to reduce production lead time and be more reactive, both best seller items and new high potential ones /li liMonitor global Production Leadtimes identify areas for improvements. /li /ul pbLAUNCH PLANNING /b /p pbCoordinate different departments to match execute seasonal Launch plan. /b /p ul liFollow the Launch strategies before buying session with Central Merchandising and Go to Market teams /li liNew collections drop feasibility analysis after buying session /li liEvents and New launches special orders planning and monitoring (e.g. Pop-Up) /li liNew launches status update and monitoring /li liNew launches priorities and allocation management. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Business Planning, OTB, Supply Planning /li liExperience in Luxury/Fashion industry /li liPeople Management /li liUniversity degree additional education /li liPositive great sense of service /li liCommon sense, pro-activity and excellent organization skills /li liBusiness oriented. /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 p“ emLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect or each person’s singularities.
