German Customer Support (Email & Chat) Malta

Are you fluent in German and ready to make a real impact in the digital space? We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Malta as Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents.
In this hybrid role you’ll combine the art of helping people with the responsibility of keeping online platforms safe. If you’re detail-oriented, empathetic and eager to learn this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What Youll Be Doing
* Customer Support (70%)
o Assist users via email and chat; no phone calls required.
o Provide helpful, friendly and professional support in German and English.
o Use the right tools to deliver accurate information and efficient solutions.
* Content Moderation (30%)
o Review user content across various apps and marketplaces.
o Ensure all material follows guidelines and legal requirements.
o Flag inappropriate content and escalate serious issues using internal systems.
What Were Looking For
* Fluent in German with good written communication skills in English.
* Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
* No experience? No problem. If you’re curious, motivated and detail-focused, we’ll train you!
* A positive mindset and willingness to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
