OFFERING:
- Salary up to €27K, according to experience
- Great Benefits and premio scheme
- 40 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a results-driven approach to exceeding KPI targets.
- Support daily operations in collaboration with colleagues and management, ensuring impeccable standards on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and in VM, in line with company guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
- Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
- Fluent in English language
