In this position, you will included in the **Digital & Data Department **in order to support the team in the following activities: - Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Train users on policies and procedures
- Stay up to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions and trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data
- Document processes and procedures
- Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates
- Respond to audit findings and implement remediation measures **Required profile** In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in Computer Science or related field and you will have gained **at least 3 years’ dedicated experience** on IAM or a related field. Others skills: - In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation **- Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure MFA, ADFS, and Azure Active Directory**
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
- Strong coding knowledge with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Security services (Defender, AIP,...)
- Knowledge of dynamic and high-level languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Experience in IT security or associated field
- Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) is a plus You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
