What you’ll do As the
Event & Activities Coordinator, you’ll be in charge of designing and managing our event calendar. Your mission will be twofold: on one hand, you’ll create activities that bring our common areas to life and encourage interaction between guests and locals;
on the other hand, you’ll plan and oversee events at
Club Salone14, such as parties, stand‑up shows, karaoke, DJ sets, quiz nights, and beyond. You’ll act as the key link between our internal team, external partners, and the Marketing & Communication department. We’re looking for someone with energy, ideas, and a hands‑on attitude.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan weekly events and activities at YellowSquare Milan
Create new, engaging, and culturally relevant experiences for international guests
Promote events on social media channels
Organize and propose nights with live bands, DJs, stand‑up comedy, games, workshops, etc.
Manage artistic and financial relationships with performers and vendors
Supervise event execution and coordinate the departments involved
Build positive relationships with guests and partners to ensure memorable experiences
Requirements
Experience in event planning or entertainment
Proactive mindset and problem‑solving attitude
Creativity and willingness to experiment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus!)
Familiarity with social media and digital tools
Team spirit, passion for hospitality, and an “out of the box” approach

Salary 4° level according to the National Tourism Contract (CCNL Turismo Alberghi)
Initial 6‑month contract, full‑time or part‑time — we’re open to both
