About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to support our day-to-day customer operations. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for our customers while helping us build structured processes and improve service quality over time.

You will be the main point of contact for customer interactions and play a key role in organizing information, tracking requests, and supporting continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage order confirmations and customer communications, ensuring accuracy and a consistent customer experience.
* Handle incoming customer support tickets, providing timely and effective responses.
* Build and maintain structured reports based on customer requests, claims, and interactions.
* Conduct outbound customer calls (e.g., follow-ups after delivery to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback).
* Support customers with product-related questions and basic technical guidance.


Requirements

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
* Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
* Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
* Proficient in English and Italian.
