Job Description
The Mission
Assist the F&B Director in managing the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces).
Develop the profitability of each outlet, participate in menu engineering and setting menu prices.
Serve as the right hand of the F&B Director, recruit, supervise and take on additional responsibilities; take the reins in their absence.
Ensure compliance with the law; maintain operations within legal boundaries.
Guarantee that the customer experience is always perfect.
Qualifications
Attention to detail, with strong organization and anticipation.
Drive sales without compromising integrity.
Diplomatic, able to unite the entire team.
Identify and develop talent; lead their growth.
Mobilize necessary resources (Human, Financial & Administrative) to succeed.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to deliver the Mama experience.
Be hands‐on and lead by example, working closely with the team.
Additional Extras
Work well in pairs and be proactive.
Have a pronounced taste for cooking, culinary knowledge beyond microwavable meals.
Demonstrate natural leadership when needed.
