You work with a cross-functional Italian senior team to shape targeted strategies and go-to-market propositions, leading commercial opportunities and, when needed, taking on client management roles. You apply deep knowledge of restructuring, performance improvement, and due diligence to deliver pragmatic, actionable solutions.
