A data-driven Retail Sales & Performance Analyst will support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of retail and sales reports. This role is crucial in driving data-backed decisions across our retail network by providing actionable insights, dashboards, and analytical support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Do you match this profile?
* Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) with experience analyzing large data sets;
* Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and POS data;
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
* Ability to create clear, insightful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders;
* Analytical thinking to interpret data trends and identify opportunities;
* Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining records;
* Effective communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data;
* Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration;
* Proactive problem-solving attitude.

What do we expect from you?
* Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on retail performance, stock analysis, and compliance with Maison policies;
* Collect and validate data from POS, CRM, BI, and other sources;
* Create dashboards and visualizations to highlight key trends and opportunities;
* Collaborate with retail, finance, and CRM teams to ensure data consistency;
* Provide insights for store performance reviews, retail strategies, and decision-making;
* Assist in training teams on reporting tools and platforms;
* Monitor and analyze the impact of new initiatives on retail metrics.
