We are committed to delivering energy-efficient and innovative solutions to our clients with the aim to preserve our world and environment.Based in Italy, we are searching for a talented and courageous Buyer who shares our values, with innovative capacity for working with us by integrating in a diverse team that work together.General DescriptionThe Buyer leads the development and implementation of procurement strategies and activities resulting in best-in-class quality, delivery and total cost of ownership in relation to the assigned commodities. The Buyer will be responsible for RFQ/tender execution, negotiations, market analysis, strategy development, contract management as well as processing/monitoring purchasing orders. He/she will be also focused on the improvement of inventory turns while ensuring on time material availability a the manufacturing site. The resource will actively liaise with R&D, Production, Quality and Sales Teams. Position is based in Ronchi dei Legionari.Duties & Responsibilities
Commodities strategies definition and implementationManage relationships with suppliers in his/her scope of responsibilityRFQ/tender preparation, execution and analysis and contractingDeploy contracts, standard terms & conditions, preferred payment terms and Incoterms in alignment with the business objectives and strategies set by Group Supply ChainEnsure suppliers' prices, lead time and other conditions are correctly entered and maintained in the ERP systemAchieve cost reduction and inventory turns targetsManage purchasing orders and follow-upMonitor inventory and ensure that stocks are kept at appropriate levelsMonitor and report Supplier On Time Delivery, working actively to improve the same if not in line with the targetsEngage with suppliers to solve quality and delivery issuesInvestigate and suggest new supply partners along with rationalization of the supply base where appropriateContribute to improve procurement processes/tools and ensure adherence to Group policies/governanceManage priorities and competing demands, effectively managing internal customer expectationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Technical dept.) on the purchasing of specific items, new components and on the phase out of obsolete materialReview periodically the replenishment strategy to keep it always up to dateAnalyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions

Work Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in relevant field will be preferableMinimum 5+ years of experience in procurement / supply chain management
