We are seeking a senior
ERP Transformation Lead
to drive a major finance and operations transformation across multiple European entities.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will define the strategic ERP template, lead the rollout programme, and ensure alignment between business, finance, and local entities.
This is
not a technical or hands-on configuration role
.
It is focused on
process design, governance, transformation leadership, and cross-functional alignment
.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Template Strategy & Process Design
Define and own the
Group ERP template
for finance and controlling processes.
Map current vs. future-state processes, ensuring consistency, governance, and standardisation across European entities.
Translate business and finance needs into a clear functional ERP roadmap (without performing technical configuration).
Ensure harmonised processes in areas such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay.
Transformation Leadership
Lead a major
finance and business transformation
under the steering of the CFO.
Work closely with the Accounting Hub to standardise processes, consolidate reporting structures, and optimise workflows.
Guide legal entity consolidation from a
business process perspective

Drive organisational change management to support adoption across countries and functions.
European Rollout
Oversee the ERP rollout from
Italy to France
, followed by additional European entities.
Align local teams, ensure readiness, and facilitate business workshops and training sessions.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the template is applied consistently across all locations.
Finance & Controlling Expertise
Provide leadership and clarity on financial structures, including:
Chart of Accounts
Cost centre & profit centre frameworks
Product costing and profitability structures
Validate high-level solution designs proposed by SAP delivery teams.
Ensure quality and coherence of finance processes across S/4HANA and related systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT delivery partners.
Ensure business requirements are clearly represented and understood.
Drive decision-making at steering committees and workshops.
Requirements
Experience

of experience in finance transformation, ERP programme ownership, or process architecture.
Strong background in
manufacturing or engineering
, ideally packaging.
Experience leading
multi-country
ERP or finance transformation programmes.
Prior consulting experience (Big 4 preferred, ideally not Capgemini).
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes from a business perspective (not configuration).
Experience defining or harmonising
Charts of Accounts
, financial structures and controlling models.
