Within the new established Group Shared Services Financial Controlling function in the Group Chief Financial Office area, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.The resource is an early-career finance professional, who is eager to develop strong controlling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills, within a multi-entity and international environmentKey responsibilities of the role will include:
Support controlling and monitoring of Cost Center and of Group Shared-Services costsSupport, with GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams, in ensuring full alignment of financial impacts of shared services, contributing in coordination of forecasting and budgetPerform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and complianceHelp improving process workflows and reporting tools for better transparency and efficiency
RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business3-5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, preferably in Cost ControllingBasic knowledge of IFRS and Italian accounting / fiscal rulesProficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)Familiarity with an ERPFluent in Italian and English
