As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Veeva, you will evangelize Veeva to pharma companies in Europe. Your responsibilities include developing marketing plans, generating and qualifying opportunities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and becoming an expert on Products, Industry Processes, and Culture. What You'll Do
* Gain expertise in consulting, product, industry, and sales to become an industry-leading Account Partner
* Learn and execute a consultative sales methodology
* Manage a defined territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities
* Research and plan strategies to penetrate your assigned accounts
* Partner with sales teams to advance and close opportunities
* Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate Veeva products and solutions
* Develop your sales skills through on-the-job experience, training, and events
Requirements
* 2+ years of professional experience
* Experience in sales development within Technology and/or Life Sciences
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Team-oriented mentality with proven success
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
* BA or BS Degree (e.g., STEM, Economics, Accounting) with strong academic performance
* Willingness to travel (~25%)
* Legally authorized to work in Spain or Italy without restrictions
Nice to Have
* Experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management
* Experience managing a full sales cycle
* Background in scientific research or clinical trials
* Commitment to continuous learning and development
