Mission
* You are responsible for managing software license orders. This includes generating licenses, handling software delivery and maintenance, as well as invoicing in the ERP system.
* You will also work on optimizing our existing processes and help shape our delivery workflows across departments.
* Close communication with our customers and the preparation of various reports are part of your daily business.
* Together with the entire team, you will participate in internal projects and have the opportunity to take on responsibility.
Profile
* You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
* Further training as a certified accountant or business administrator is an advantage.
* You have several years of experience in accounting, sales support, or order processing.
* Ideally, you are familiar with Dynamics, SAP ByD, and Chargebee.
* You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* You have excellent English skills, Dutch would be nice.
* A quick grasp and attention to detail characterize your way of working.
