A foundational understanding of charging effects induced by the space environment is also desirable. The candidate should be proficient in creating comprehensive documentation for System, Sub-System & Equipment EMC/ESD (Specifications, Control Plans, Test planning & reporting, and analyses).Direct experience in EMC troubleshooting in a laboratory setting, particularly for pre-compliance and/or compliance testing according to ECSS or MIL standards, would be advantageous.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience on the requested disciplineExperience with EMC System level analysis focused on system level requirements and specifications (equipment design, unit testing, launcher site compatibility, EGSE, etc.)Experience with EMC analyses either for conducted or radiated EMI casesCapability to draft and evaluate documentation pertaining to EMC verification tests at equipment, subsystem and system levelFull autonomy in using Instrumentation for Electrical and EMC testing (e.g. frequency and time domain, emission and susceptibility tests)Familiarity with Space Standards (e.g. ECSS-E-ST-20-07C/-20-06C, MIL-STD-461G)Experience with Institutional Programs in the Space FieldExcellent xpavfwm knowledge of English language (spoken and written)Excellent knowledge of Italian language (spoken and written)Nice to have:Sound knowledge of electromagnetic theory and radio-frequency signal propagation theory3D Full Wave electromagnetic simulation including coupling, crosstalk evaluation and RFCOrganizational skills and teamworking attitudeAnalytical thinking and problem solving skillsAll the skills above will be verified with in a technical qualification meetingJoin our R&D team and be at the forefront of innovation!
