Position Snapshot: - Nestlè Waters - Location: Cepina Plant (SO) or Scarperia Plant (FI) - Strong Experience in Supply Chain / Operations (at least 8-10 years of experience) - Strong Leadership and People Management skills (at least 5 years of people management experience) - Availability to travel abroad or in other plants in Italy for future job opportunities - Fluent in English and Italian Position Summary In this role you will report directly to the Factory Manager and you will be responsible to manage, guide and develop all Supply Chain functions (Inbound - Outbound and Storage from/to/in the Warehouse aligned to Good Warehousing Practices) in the plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs. A day in the life of a Supply Chain Factory Manager - Ensuring that a Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering achievable plans for both manufacturing and filling/packaging operations within given Master Production Schedule, whilst minimizing logistics costs, if within the scope of the role. - Optimizing Production plan/schedule in order to maximize direct shipments from the factory and to reduce stock level whilst guaranting service level - Planning and Making available (Inbound Material Management) raw & packaging material available on time and quality at best overall costs for seamless manufacturing - Co-ordinating with suppliers of raw and packaging materials for maintaining service levels while constantly seeking improvement possibilities - Running Material Handling warehousing operations for raw & packaging material and if whithin the scope of the role for finished goods within company guidelines (Good Warehousing Practices) - Recording accurately the inventory and checks inventory rotation - Controlling and co-ordinating all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods (if within the scope of the role) - Developing project to increase logistic efficiency impacting both on warehouse operations and trasportations - Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal partners at factory, Supply Chain, Procurement and external partners as Suppliers, Customs and Transport providers - Monitors and manages Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and CARE regulations What will make you successful - Relevant and successful operational experience in a supervisory role at market/plant level in Supply Chain / Logistics / DSP / Warehousing ->(at least 8-10 years of experience) - Very strong leadership and people management skills -> (at least 5 years of people management experience) - Fluent in English and Italian - Strong Continuous Improvement Mindset with ability to influence - Experienced and able to manage complexity and very dynamic environments
