On behalf of a renowned High Luxury Brand we are recruiting the following profile to join their HQ in Rome:
GLOBAL CLIENT STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
* Shape and lead the global client strategy, driving High End client engagement, loyalty and long-term value creation
* Develop and expand the global High End client portfolio, focusing on acquisition, retention, elevation and conversion of top-tier clients
* Ensure effective governance of the High End client database, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating closely with CRM, IT and Data Compliance teams
* Continuously enhance the global client experience and journey, in partnership with key stakeholders at both central and market level
* Design customized client journeys and define go-to-market and follow-up action plans for priority client segments
* Play a central role in the conception and execution of international High End client events
* Oversee client targeting strategies and analyze performance and results linked to global events
* Lead and develop a team of 3–4 professionals and foster the global Client Development community across markets
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
* University degree in Business Management or a related discipline
* At least 10 years' experience in Client Strategy, Client Development or Clienteling, preferably within Luxury, High Jewelry or Haute Horlogerie, in an international environment
* Highly business-oriented with a strong focus on client needs and relationships
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
* Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is considered a plus
* Previous experience or exposure to the Asian market will be regarded as a strong asset
