The Role: Business Analyst
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing graduate or early-career professional to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial strategy consultancy at the forefront of modern strategic execution.As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders to help analyse data, develop insights and support the delivery of high-impact engagements.
You will be exposed early to real client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional strategic challenges, with accelerated responsibility compared to traditional consulting firms. Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making
Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations
Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders
Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement
Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders
Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirement.

A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., A Master’s is a plus but not required - strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply.
A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (other analytical tools are a plus)
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory ; additional languages are a plus
Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based annual premio (up to 30%)
