Mantova plant is the new Affinity project and it represents a pivot moment for the society: this new factory will be focused on Wet production, giving to our group new possibilities and visions, entering new markets as direct protagonist. The processes of structuring the plant are evolving, growing a team focused on this challenge to better work on the ramp up. Based in Mantova as a part of the Central quality team and directly reporting to the Vendor Assurance Manager of Affinity, this role will be responsible for the supplier quality assurance, managing audit, risk assessment and controls on raw materials. What You Will Do Carry out risk assessment Update the suppliers platform and review documentation Manage documentation between the supplier platform and SAP Perform audits and technical visits to Suppliers internationally, Manage and review supplier self-assessments, Coordinate external audits when necessary, Incident reports management and supplier performance evaluations, including data management (results trending from LIMS & SAP QM) Co-packer control plan management in coordination with R&D What We Are Looking For Science Degree, valuable Food technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Agronomist Engineer or similar Experience in Quality dealing with ingredients and supplier Experience in supplier quality team in an international environment is a plus Food safety GFSI LAC is desirable Internal auditor training and auditing experience (internal audit or second party audits) is desirable English & italian, good command (both written and spoken), other EU languages are a plus Dynamic person, proactive and with capability to self-organising itself. Good planning skills Team work is important by must be able to develop tasks on its own Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
