Role Description - Boutique Hotel Manager - Florence - OPENING
We are seeking a full-time Hotel Manager for an exciting pre-opening opportunity in Florence. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, managing budgets, supervising food and beverage services, and ensuring the efficient functioning of reception services. As the leader of the hotel team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and shaping a culture of hospitality that delights guests and exceeds their expectations. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to management.
Qualifications - Boutique Hotel Manager - Firenze - OPENING
* Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create exceptional guest experiences and address concerns effectively.
* Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management to maintain profitability and cost controls.
* Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
* Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, quality assurance, costing, and compliance with health standards.
* Proficiency in overseeing and managing Receptionist Duties, including reservations, check-ins, and efficient front desk operations.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Prior experience or education in hospitality management is highly beneficial.
* Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Italian and English are a must.
Ideally, you have pre-opening experience, are available on short term. There will offered a fixed contract, depending on experience salary up to 70/80K and with extra benefits like live in accommodation. xjrgpwk
