On behalf of Consumer Credit Company, we are looking for a: /p h3Finance Manager /h3 pThe candidate will be responsible for leading the Bank Finance team, ensuring the overall accuracy and integrity of accounting records, financial analyses, and regulatory reporting. The candidate will also oversee the monitoring and reporting of ongoing performance and deliver high-quality information to both local and central management in order to promote transparency and to support informed decision-making. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the Bank’s Finance, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory Reporting, and Internal Control functions, making sure each area is appropriately staffed with employees possessing the necessary skills and competencies; /li liServe as a key business partner on all Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Control matters; /li liLead the month-end close, forecast, budget, and business plan processes, as well as the pricing strategy in collaboration with the central pricing team; /li liSupport management decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial analysis and data, as well as leading ad-hoc business studies; /li liManage all treasury activities, including the formulation of funding plans aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite, oversight of liquidity and capital management, and supervision of debt issuance and securitization funding; /li liAct as the Bank’s primary management contact for the independent Internal Audit team, while collaborating with local and central Internal Control, Compliance, and Risk functions to maintain a control environment fully aligned with corporate policies and local regulatory standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrior extensive experience in the Italian Banking/Fsi industry, with in-depth knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements; /li liSolid background in financial planning, Italian accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting matters; /li liFluent English language skills, both written and spoken; /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills; /li liStrong leadership skills with a proactive approach, committed and motivated to drive performance and deliver business results; /li liExceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail, combined with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking; /li liPrevious experience with finance systems such as Anaplan and SAP is considered a plus. /li /ul pbLocation /b: Rome /p pAegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
