More about the FP&A Analyst, Industrial Operations Finance Partner: The FP&A Analyst will collaborate regionally, working closely with industrial leaders at our Bunge plant in Porto Corsini, maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues from commercial, finance, and operations teams to understand business challenges and needs. We encourage challenging the status quo, providing insights and improvements that benefit the organization and offer growth opportunities. Main Accountabilities: Partner with the plant manager and key stakeholders to detect potential cost deviations, mitigation plans, or savings opportunities, and follow up on their execution and results. Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting of industrial expenses, prepare accruals for variable costs, and build monthly forecasts. Produce monthly analysis comparing actual expenses versus forecasts and Business Plan (BP), ensuring forecast accuracy. Lead the preparation of the annual Business Plan for plant industrial expenses (Variable, Fixed, Depreciation) and support monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses for management. Drive the preparation of new initiatives (projects) and post-implementation reviews. Support in identifying and validating projects that result in profit increases or cost savings, ensuring proper OPEX vs. CAPEX classification. Monthly submission of PQSE KPI reports, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and supporting external reporting (US-GAAP). Manage inventory counts of commodities and spare parts. Work with other Industrial Finance Partners to standardize processes across the market, supporting automation and process improvement projects (e.g., Tableau, SAP). Participate in regional and global initiatives to add value to the finance community. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Management, or Business. Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools. Fluency in English and Italian. Ability to analyze large and complex data sets and extract actionable insights. Knowledge of international company procedures and compliance issues, with a global business perspective.
