Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Content Manager will lead the execution of the client's content strategy, including content creation for digital channels such as web, social media, video, email, blogs, and newsletters. Responsibilities include editing content, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve results. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop content and support marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration Act as the main contact for website-related developer tickets, providing assets and clarification. Coordinate with SEO and paid media agencies to implement data and review copy. Support franchisee requests related to website functionality, SEO, and search visibility. Align project goals with internal teams and external partners. Content Development & Management Upload content to CMS for landing pages, blogs, and updates. Perform QA testing on staging environments for layout, links, responsiveness, and content accuracy. Collaborate with designers in Figma for landing page design and functionality input. Ticket & Workflow Management Create Jira tickets for development requests. Follow up on tickets to ensure timely completion. Manage content tasks in Wrike, such as SEO pages and updates. Testing & Optimization Design and manage A/B tests to improve engagement. Analyze results and report insights. Set up GA4 tags and triggers for tracking when needed. Create GA4 reports or extract data upon request. Internal Communications Draft communications, release notes, and guides for franchisees. Ensure messaging is clear and aligned with operational goals. Qualifications Native or near-native English proficiency. At least 2 years of marketing experience in content writing and management. Experience with enterprise-grade web content management platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO best practices. J-18808-Ljbffr
